TeamSentry provides continuous identity verification and monitoring services for remote workforces. Our platform analyzes behavioral patterns, login data, and other signals to detect potential identity fraud and security risks.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be authorized to act on behalf of your organization
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TeamSentry only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Data Processing

By using our services, you authorize TeamSentry to access and process data from your connected integrations (such as Google Workspace) solely for the purpose of providing identity verification and monitoring services. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your employees for this data processing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all customer data as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

TeamSentry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked, and we will delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service.
